CNN Candid Camera

I remember how much I used to like CNN back in the day. A national ‘headline news’ channel you could just throw on at any time of the day and get a glimpse of what was going on around the world. And in the days before ‘Twitter,’ it was a place to find the latest breaking news and information on just about anything. Eventually, the network even evolved into a source of reliable, professional journalism. But that was well over ten years ago now. They still had the same name, but it was mostly a bunch of slick, corporatized propaganda left in its place. Full of professional script-readers and activists pretending to be journalists.

As it turns out, it was even worse than we thought, and now we finally have proof of what some of us have suspected all along. It just took a few drinks, some candid conversation, and some undercover journalists with hidden cameras.
