Crushed in a Cartoon Contest?

I entered a Twitter based contest this week, putting my video editing skills to work for a worthy challenge hosted by BowTied Bull.” Here it is:

I’m not sure who that kid is, but he’s absolutely begging for someone to make an example of him. Plus the chance for $700? Throw me in! I dug through some stock footage that I had access to and went to work. After that was complete, I submitted my video. Game on!

With no disrespect to the host or competition, I thought my project was by far the best entry. At long last, some easy money finally! However, the winner of this challenge was not selected by a judge(s). They were going to be chosen by the public! Unfortunately, that meant my chances were crushed immediately since I stood no chance to win a popularity contest. That’s because I was a human playing a game with cartoons! I tried to recruit any Twitter followers that I could, but ultimately fell short in a distant second place. My efforts were even mocked with this meme, but it’s all good. I’ll be back…

Although I think I got rugged in this one, I’d still highly recommend you follow the jungle anons on Twitter. They are full of useful info, especially if you’re into Crypto. The main Substack from “BowTied Bull” can be found here.
