Deception or Dementia?

White House reporter Peter Doocy presented a question to (P)resident Biden at a press conference earlier regarding his gaffes that had to be ‘walked back.’ Here is the clip:

As you can see, the response is quite baffling. Is he lying to Peter, or does he not remember saying the things that he just said publicly?

I’m not sure which is worse: the rapid deterioration of old Joe? Or the fact that the media still covers for his shortcomings while pretending that things are still okay? Unfortunately, things are actually much worse: Here is a photo of Joe caught holding his cheat-sheet talking points. Not only can he not answer questions off-the-cuff, but he cannot even answer ‘correctly’ with the notes in his own hand!
